SHIPPING POLICY
In most cases, Mycelebritees.com utilizes USPS Priority Mail as the default shipping method for product shipments, with estimated delivery timelines of 2-3 days to U.S. addresses and 6-10 days internationally.
Should you prefer an expedited shipping method, please call us at 1.800.635.8964 or use the Contact Us link to submit your request. We are able to accommodate most requests. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all costs relative to expedited shipping requests.
Orders submitted prior to 3:00 PM PST Monday through Friday and 12:00 PM PST Saturday will be shipped the same day in most cases. On some occasions, the order may be shipped on the following business day. In the rare instance in which shipment of your order is delayed beyond two business days from the date of purchase, Mycelebritees.com will notify you at the e-mail address provided and you will have the right to a full refund if requested.
Because packages may sometimes be delayed or lost for reasons out of our control, please allow three business days beyond the anticipated delivery date before reporting any lost or missing shipments to us.
